Vaccuum Indexing System

AZCO Corporation has designed a precision single surface indexing system for feeding and cutting flexible materials to length. This is ideal for applications where material can only be contacted on one side. A vacuum transfer system is controlled by a servo motor. A Sur-Cut modular knife assembly cuts the material to a high accuracy of +/-0.01″. The unit can create a loop from the end of the process, or an unwind can be added for materials on a roll. Optional takeaway conveyors are available. The entire unit is free standing. A color touch screen is mounted on a remote arm for easy access. A fiber optic eye registration system is available.
